At Around the Clock, Inc. Property Management they manage primarily single-family homes and small multiplex rental properties in South King County. They also manage a large number of condominium and homeowner associations in South King County and North Pierce County.

In business since May 1990, Around the Clock, Inc. opened as a Rental Property Management Division for a well-established Real Estate Sales Company on the Kent East Hill.

 

In 1993 realizing the need in the area for Homeowners and Condominium Association Management this service was added.  Since that time the company has become one of the largest in South King County managing Associations.

 

In 1996 real estate sales was added to become a full service Real Estate Company and they to the Kent Downtown business area.

 

Over the years the Around The Clock team has grown from 5 to 15 people.  Just as the size of the company has grown so has the commitment to old-fashioned excellence and customer service.
